　　A、風(fēng)管內(nèi)風(fēng)速的丈量

　　A. Measurement of wind speed in duct

　　測驗中需測定氣體的靜壓、動壓和全壓。丈量風(fēng)道中風(fēng)速應(yīng)在氣流比較平穩(wěn)的管段進(jìn)行。氣體全壓的孔口應(yīng)迎著風(fēng)道中氣流的方向，測靜壓的孔口應(yīng)垂直于氣流的方向。

　　The static pressure, dynamic pressure and total pressure of the gas should be measured in the test. The measurement of wind speed in the duct should be carried out in the section where the air flow is relatively stable. The orifice of gas full pressure should face the direction of airflow in the duct, and the orifice of static pressure measurement should be perpendicular to the direction of airflow.

　　氣體壓力(靜壓、動壓和全壓)的丈量通常是用插入風(fēng)道中的皮托管將差壓信號取出，在與之連接的差壓儀器上讀出。

　　B、測定方位的選擇

　　測得管道中氣體的真實壓力值，除了正確使用差壓丈量儀器外，合理選擇丈量斷面、削減氣流擾動對丈量結(jié)果的影響很大。通風(fēng)管道內(nèi)風(fēng)速及風(fēng)量的測定，是經(jīng)過測壓差換算得到。丈量斷面應(yīng)盡量選擇在氣流平穩(wěn)的直管段上。丈量斷面設(shè)在彎頭、三通等異形部件前面(相對氣流活動方向)時，距這些部件的距離應(yīng)大于2倍管道直徑。

　　In addition to the correct use of differential pressure measuring instrument, reasonable selection of measuring section and reduction of air disturbance have great influence on the measured results. The measurement of wind speed and volume in ventilation duct is obtained by the conversion of pressure difference. The measurement section should be chosen as far as possible in the straight pipe section with smooth air flow. When measuring section is set in front of elbow, tee and other special-shaped parts (relative direction of airflow movement), the distance from these parts should be greater than 2 times the diameter of pipeline.

　　C、按風(fēng)管形狀進(jìn)行丈量

　　C. Measuring according to the shape of air duct

　　a.矩形風(fēng)管

　　A. Rectangular ducts

　　可將風(fēng)道斷面劃分為若干等面積的小矩形，測點布置在每個小矩形的中心，小矩形每邊的長度為200mm左右

　　b.圓形風(fēng)管

　　B. Circular duct

　　在同一斷面設(shè)置兩個彼此垂直的測孔，并將管道斷面分成必定數(shù)量的等面積同心環(huán)，測點越多，丈量精度越高。
