2、吹一部分，擦一部分，輕輕松松就能把油污擦掉了。想擦哪里就吹哪里，連邊邊角角、溝溝坎坎的地方也能吹到，當然也能擦干凈了。

3、扇葉食醋浸泡法 將扇葉小心拆下，浸泡在用2毫升洗潔精和50ml食醋混合的一盆熱水中，浸泡約15分鐘后，再用干凈的抹布擦洗。油煙機的機身也用此溶液清洗，要注意將溶液濕度保持在60℃左右，去污力才好。

4、排煙一般用于排煙系統(tǒng)的風管上，平時常閉，發(fā)生火災時煙感探1頭發(fā)出火信號，消防控制通過DC24V電壓將門打開排煙，也可手動使門打開，手動復位。門開啟后可發(fā)出電訊號消防控制。根據(jù)要求，還可與其它設備聯(lián)鎖。排煙與普通百葉風口或板式風口組合，可構成排煙風口。

5、擦拭吸油煙機時，一定要先斷開電源，并戴上橡膠手套，以防止不銹鋼等金屬棱邊劃傷手指。吸油煙機使用后應將油盆清理干凈，可將包甜橙用的塑料袋放入油盒內。

6、在鍋么倒上涼水，然后將涼水燒沸，等到有蒸汽不斷排出的時候，將鍋上的現(xiàn)壓拿下來， 打開排煙罩。這時用蒸汽水住對準旋轉扇葉，由于高熱水蒸汽不斷沖入扇葉等部件，油污水就會很快的流入廢油杯里。
