通風(fēng)管道變形的原因主要有以下四點(diǎn):

1、鎂水泥在自然養(yǎng)護(hù)條件下其體積是一個(gè)連續(xù)膨脹過(guò)程,其線膨脹率為0.1-0.2%,體積膨脹率約為1%。

2、菱鎂礦在服燒過(guò)程中不可避免地產(chǎn)生局部過(guò)燒,使一部分MgO呈死燒狀態(tài),過(guò)燒的MgO水化過(guò)程很慢,當(dāng)已形成強(qiáng)度的水泥石中的MgO再遇水進(jìn)行水化時(shí),生成Mg(OH)2,體積膨脹120%。

4、MgO-Mg-C12-H2O系統(tǒng)水化過(guò)程是一個(gè)強(qiáng)烈的放熱反應(yīng)過(guò)程,而生產(chǎn)的管道體積又大,若環(huán)境溫度較高,則反應(yīng)升溫過(guò)程,板材本體溫度過(guò)高,反應(yīng)不充分,造成較大的結(jié)晶應(yīng)力和熱膨脹應(yīng)力,使制品體積膨脹。
